I have a 56 y/o house that I inherited from my in laws when my wife passed. This was her house to be (inheritance) and when she was in her last few weeks, she asked to have this given to me. I had sold our house as she became sicker. Losing all of the work we had done. This house was a 25 year rental and the inlaws never did what should have been done to upkeep but band-aid instead. So I painted. fixed, replaced, had floors leveled etc... just to make it livable for me. The deck is a rectangular blah. I did add some railings but that is like putting lipstick on a pig.
To fully relax and enjoy the back yard and some solitude, I would like to add on some usable space!!
