Its about 35 years old. All the nails are pulling back up. Its splinter heaven also. You have to dodge the nails and the splinters sticking up. It wobbles really bad from left to right and front to back. It doesnt quite sit on the ground, the legs. Misses it by about 2 inches. I really could use a new deck. Be a nice addition and a blessing.
