Renters! So what if it was 20 years old! No need to rip off the rails. Then again, they might have just fallen apart. The boards are bowed and some are rotten. Could only attach 1 pic so you didn't see the VERY narrow steps that everyone has fallen down.Yeah, the crap underneath is mine because it's such an eyesore, I don't deal with it. Yes, I AM embarassed to have people over. PLEASE help me!!!!!!
