PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Rock 92’s “Biggie Pepsi Pool Giveaway” (the “Contest”) begins on or about May 13th, 2013 and ends on May 24th, 2013. Participants will have two ways to enter the contest: weekday mornings during the 9am hour, WKRR-FM will play the cannonball sounder, when prompted, listeners may call 1-800- ROCK-923 (1-800-762-5923). The ninth caller will automatically qualify for the grand prize. Listeners may also qualify to win by attending designated location stops at various Lowes Foods locations during designated times by playing a bean bag toss game. Three bags will be given to each participant, if the participant gets one bag in the hole on the board, they can enter the contest by filling out an entry form at the location during the specified times. The grand prize winner will be chosen from all qualifiers. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn on May 24, 2013.
HOW TO ENTER/ WINNER SELECTION:
On Premises: From 5pm-7pm EST Biggie from the Two Guys Named Chris Show will appear at the following Lowes Foods locations and encourage participants to register for the contest by playing a bean bag toss game. Attendees may enter the contest by completing a provided entry form and placing it into the provided registration box during the designated time frame.

ON-AIR: Weekday Mornings during the 9am hour beginning Monday, May 13th 2013 and ending Friday, May 24th 2013, a cannonball sounder will be played. The ninth person to call 1-800-762-5923 after the sounder is played will be qualified to win the grand prize.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 24 foot Grand Bahama Pool plus installation valued at $5,539.18 will be awarded to one (1) winner at the conclusion of the contest. Prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize; if applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 / W-9 for the actual value of the prize to be issued by Backyard Leisure.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest open only to legal residents of the U.S. 18 years of age or older. Employees of Dick Broadcasting Company, Backyard Leisure, and Pepsi Bottling Ventures, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, employees of other Triad area radio stations, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. One Entry will be allowed per person. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER AT THE SPECIFIED TIME TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.
GENERAL: Should the grand prize winner not accept the prize for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to not offer a substitute award. No transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, except as determined by WKRR-FM (Rock 92)/Dick Broadcasting Company, in their sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Rules may be changed or amended at any time throughout the course of contest as deemed by Dick Broadcasting Company.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Contestants/Winners names may be announced on live radio broadcast and or may be notified by phone or mail. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release within three (3) days of being declared a winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or fails to return the required documents, the prize may, in the sole discretion of the sponsor, be forfeited and/or awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contesting process. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release WKRR-FM (Rock 92)/Dick Broadcasting Company, Backyard Leisure, Pepsi Bottling Ventures their affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Allow eight to ten weeks for delivery of prize following completion of notification process. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor.
