DBC Digital Media Producer


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Developing, Executing, Monitoring and Reporting on tactics within an integrated marketing strategy
  2. Digital and/or Media Asset Production
  3. Project Management and Team Collaboration
  4. Digital Campaign Management and Optimization
  5. Client Brand Management

Day to Day Activities

  1. Project management
    1. Oversee and meet assigned goals, tasks, milestones and deadlines  
  2. Informed research and planning
    1. Competitive research, media planning, brand and digital strategy
  1. Oversee website design and/or asset development
  2. Communications and email marketing management
  3. Local listing and review incentivization
    1. Ensure accurate business listings across web directories and generate positive online sentiment by helping brands incentivize customers to leave positive digital reviews
  4. Multichannel content publishing and outreach
  1. Programmatic, search, and social advertising
  2. Search engine optimization
  3. Provide actionable measurement and reporting to internal and external stakeholders of the assigned overall campaign strategy, individual tactics, and initiatives
  4. Work with account executives to ensure client happiness and renewals

Reporting and Management

Digital Media Producers will report directly to DBC’s Senior Digital Strategist

Tools

As a Digital Media Producer you will be utilizing a myriad of technology platforms to execute your job. The use of these individual platforms will ebb and flow. Some you will have experience with but others you will not. We are looking for an evangelist who will dive into these platforms and learn to utilize their full potential.

Skills

  • Understand the fundamentals of effective social media marketing;
  • Optimize social media profiles;
  • Publishing platform development, including compelling CTAs;
  • Topic research and planning;
  • Content format selection and development, including various text, visual and audio formats;
  • Optimization of content for share-worthiness and SEO;
  • Understanding customer journeys;
  • Composing emails and subject lines for engagement;
  • Marketing measurement, reporting and optimization.

 

Assessment

The Digital Media Producer will undergo a bi-yearly review were his/her job performance will be reviewed by the Senior Digital Strategist, Digital Director, Business Manager, and General Manager.

  3. Work with account executives to ensure client happiness
