Some Helpful Facts About The Summertime Brews Festival
Q: Where can I get tickets?
A: Online at Ticketmaster or at one of the Triad’s local Brew Pubs; all listed on our “TICKETS” page.
Q: Am I allowed to bring a cooler or food or backpack into the Festival?
A: No outside food or drink will be admitted into the Summertime Brews Festival
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Sorry…but no animals are allowed. We love our pets too, but we’re leaving them at home.
Q: Is there a designated driver ticket?
A: We provide a lot of great entertainment that is worth the price of admission. Plus, the ticket price reflects a donation for the benefiting charity and can be considered a tax deduction by some creative accountants. We also believe in drinking responsibly and do not believe in promoting mass consumption. We have contacted local cab companies and they are typically outside the venue at all times during and after the festival.
Q: Will there be tickets for sale at the gate
A: There are a limited number of attendees into the Summertime Brews Festival. If tickets are sold out in advance, there will be no tickets available at the gate. If there are tickets available at the gate they are priced at $35 per ticket the day of the Festival. Historically, we sell out of tickets the day before the Summertime Brews Festival. Remember, it’s cheaper to buy them in advance.
Q: What does the ticket price include?
A: Souvenir/etched sampling glass, unlimited beer samples, and entertainment. Food and non-alcoholic (water, soft drinks, etc) are an additional cost. We suggest you bring cash as food and souvenir vendors do not accept credit or debit cards.
Q: Can I purchase additional beer at the festival or bring empty or full bottles home with me?
A: NO beer can be removed from the festival site nor is it offered to be purchased. By law, all alcohol must be consumed in the festival site only. Taking empty bottles out of the festival is illegal. This is considered an open container. Open containers are not allowed on the streets of NC or in an automobile.
Q: Can I bring my licensed teenager as my designated driver into the festival?
A: NO. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the Festival.
Q: I have a business/beer I would like featured and/or be a sponsor at the Summertime Brews Festival…who do I contact?
