I bought the house last summer and the front porch was really one of my favorite things about it. Unfortunately, I had to tear it off in order to get the basement waterproofed. The only problem is that I ran out of money before I was able to get it put back on, and just haven't had a spare couple of thousand dollars since then to do it. I don't know if a front porch qualifies but It's worth a shot.
