Deck was built as an afterthought when the house was built (~15 years ago). They didn't even use cement footers...posts are right into the ground, hence the sag. It is also so out of sorts the my 11 year old son Jack got a huge splinter in his bare foot last year from the deck surface! OUCH! Had to pin him down and pull it out. I have stained it every year but my wife is after me to build a new, larger one.
I would like to but the money tree in the back yard hasn't started sprouting yet! HELP!!
